Any additional work or services requested after the initial quotation may result in additional charges. The final amount should be confirmed before or during the relocation process where applicable.
Customers are expected to disclose any fragile, valuable, oversized, electronic, or specially handled items before the move. Packing methods and materials may vary according to the nature of the goods. Items that require special handling should be identified in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Customers should not include illegal, hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, prohibited, or restricted items in a shipment. The moving service may refuse to transport goods that are prohibited by applicable laws, transportation regulations, or safety requirements.
Customers are advised to keep cash, jewellery, important documents, passports, confidential papers, highly valuable personal items, and other sensitive belongings with them unless specific arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Loading and unloading services are subject to the accessibility and conditions of the pickup and delivery locations. Additional manpower, equipment, or special arrangements may be required for unusually heavy, oversized, or difficult-to-access items.

Where transit insurance is requested or applicable, coverage will be subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, declared value, and claim procedures of the relevant insurance policy. Customers should carefully review the applicable policy before transportation. Agarwal Packers and Movers Bhiwani does not independently determine insurance coverage, exclusions, or claim settlement decisions made by an insurer.
Customers are responsible for providing correct information and ensuring that all necessary permissions, documents, declarations, and approvals related to their goods are available when required. Cancellation or rescheduling of a booking should be communicated as early as possible. Any concern regarding damage, shortage, or loss should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Supporting documents, photographs, inventory details, or other relevant information may be required to evaluate a claim. Where insurance coverage applies, claims will be handled according to the applicable insurance policy and its procedures.
